Summary
Matcha is made from ground Gyokuro green tea. This unique tea is also used in cooking and in traditional tea ceremony. When you have Matcha, consume the leaves, which contains well-nutrition and rich vitamins.Matcha has also come to be used to flavour and dye foods such as mochi and soba noodles, green tea ice cream and a variety of Japanese traditional sweets.
