Inoue Kamaboko (main branch)
- Published 2010.7.13
A plain refined taste is said to be the main quality of kamaboko (fish paste), and Inoue Kamaboko has continued to keep this standard for over sixty years since being founded. Using carefully selected white fleshed fish, the fish paste, fish cakes and fried koban provide a taste only found in Kamakura, a taste blessed by nature.
