Oita is famous for many hot springs. Betsufu Onsen has the most source and gush in Japan, Yufuin Onsen witch is third in Japan is famous. Betsufu Onesen has many colors of hot springs called Betsufu no Jigoku. Mountain Kokonoe, Harajiri Falls, and Usajingu (the national treasure) are famous among the visitors. The local food is “tenobedangojiru”.
