Soccer Japan International team is national team organized by Japan Soccer Association (JFA).

For men, Japan national team, national college team of Universiade, each age of national team such as U-23 Olympic national team, Futsal, and Beach Soccer team are organized by JFA. For women, Japan national team also, Universiade, each age national team, and futsal are organized by JFA. Women Beach Soccer team is not organized. Also, men’s Japan national team has nickname of “SAMURAI BLUE” from its uniform color and samurai. For women, its nickname is “Nadesico Japan” from Japanese word of “Yamato Nadesico” that paraphrases for “neat and beauty”.
