This restaurant has been serving customers tsukuda-ni (food boiled in soy sauce) for 80 years while protecting its traditional methods of cooking. Cuisine changes from season to season but at any given time there are normally more than 25 dishes on the menu. In the back of the store there are two large pots for boiling crab.
